Mr. Seeley is the Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Gary H. Kreppel, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in commercial and creditors' rights litigation. Mr. Seeley is admitted to practice before the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

In his civil litigation practice, Mr. Seeley has counseled businesses, developers, attorneys, contractors and individuals. Mr. Seeley has litigated disputes regarding contracts, business, title to land, environmental contamination, construction, UCC, personal injury and product liability. In addition, Mr. Seeley has experience negotiating business contracts, commercial leases, asset sale agreements and real estate purchase and sales agreements.

Mr. Seeley is a 2005 New England Law Boston (f/k/a New England School of Law) graduate, and received his B.A. in psychology from Gettysburg College in 2002. He is a member of the Worcester Bar Association.
